All courses, lessons, blogs, eBooks and material on this website are made by Nína O’Farrell, Riverside, Clifden, Co. Galway, Ireland.

By using any of the services included on the website or content posted to the website, you consent to agree with the most current version of the Terms & Conditions.

Terms for courses and lessons

Singing lessons must be had within 3 months of purchase.

Singing lessons included in the online courses must be had within the duration of the course.

There are no refunds for singing lessons or singing courses.
You are responsible for a functioning internet connection.

If a singing lesson is cancelled by me, the buyer will get a full refund.
If a singing lesson included in a singing course is cancelled by me, the singing lesson will be rescheduled.

All sales are binding. There are no refunds.
All prices are in Euro including VAT.

Terms for eBooks

All sales are binding. There are no refunds.
All prices are in Euro including VAT.

Terms for delivery of online singing courses

Online singing courses will be delivered digitally via email. This may take up to three working days.
There are no refunds for online courses.

Terms of responsibility

All services accessed from this site including lessons, courses, eBooks and content are used at your sole risk.
You understand and agree that you will be solely responsible for any damage to you or your voice from the use of the services by you.

Terms of rights

Nína O’Farrell owns all rights to all material printed and digital. With purchase you get the right to use the material for your own personal benefit only.
All material is confidential and may not be given to a third party.

All products and materials may not be used commercially or for any other purpose than intended without a written permit.
